What we collect

When you book a garden visit, ask for a quote or sign up to the monthly jobs list, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and what you tell us about your garden. We take photos and measurements of your garden during the survey. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

How we use it

To arrange the visit, prepare your design and quote, carry out the work and any maintenance, and, only if you signed up, to send the monthly jobs list.

Photos of your garden

We only publish photos of a finished garden with your written permission, and never with house numbers, faces or anything that identifies the address.

How long we keep it

Quotes that do not go ahead are deleted after two years. Records of work we carried out are kept for the length of the guarantee plus one year. The mailing list ends the moment you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the data protection regulator in your country.
