Terms of business

Quotes

Our quotes are fixed for 60 days from the date issued. The price covers the work in the quote and nothing else. Changes you ask for during the build are priced in writing before we do them.

Deposit and payments

A 20% deposit books your start date. A stage payment is due when the hard landscaping is complete and the balance at handover. Maintenance and lawn-care plans are billed monthly in advance.

Start dates and weather

We give a start date and a weeks-on-site figure with every quote. Frost, heavy rain and waterlogged ground can pause work; we will tell you on the day and the finish date moves by the days lost.

Guarantee

Hard landscaping we build is guaranteed for 5 years against defects in our workmanship. Plants are guaranteed for twelve months when you take our aftercare visits. The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, subsidence, tree roots planted after the build, or work by others.

Cancelling

You can cancel within 14 days of accepting a quote for a full refund of the deposit, unless you asked us to start within that period. Maintenance plans can be cancelled with one month's notice.
